Our process begins with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your goals, priorities, and the type of support you need - whether it’s decluttering, organizing (home, office, garage, etc), staging, downsizing, or event decorating. Moving forward, we create a simple plan tailored to your space and your comfort level. During your session, we work together to sort, streamline, and style your home, and we introduce easy-to-maintain systems that fit your lifestyle. Every project moves at your pace, and we offer guidance, clarity, and ongoing support to help your space stay functional and uplifting long after our session is complete.


Every organizing project is unique. The time required depends on the space, your goals, and the amount of sorting involved. We'll carve out a game that fits your rhythm.


Staging, (or “stage”) is the art of preparing and styling a home so it truly shines for photos, viewings, or selling. We create bright, welcoming spaces by thoughtfully arranging furniture, simplifying décor, and highlighting your home’s best features. Using your existing furnishings for a budget-friendly approach, we add only a few curated touches when needed to elevate the overall look and feel. Many clients also choose staging simply to refresh their space, remixing furniture and décor to create an easier flow and a more uplifting, modern vibe. The goal is to help buyers - or you - feel instantly connected to the home the moment they step inside.


Downsizing and transition support is all about helping you move into your next chapter with ease, clarity, and confidence. Whether you’re shifting into a smaller home, condo, or retirement residence, we guide you through sorting your belongings with care and purpose. Together, we focus on what truly supports your lifestyle moving forward and find thoughtful ways to donate or re-home the rest. The process is simple, manageable, and encouraging - designed to lighten the load and celebrate fresh beginnings. With steady support and a positive approach, we help make this transition feel uplifting, organized, and full of possibility.


We style any occasion, whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, special gathering, or seasonal holiday celebration. Our approach blends creativity with practicality to help you bring your vision to life without the stress or overwhelm that often comes with planning.

Drawing on my Interior Decorating diploma from London, Ontario, we provide thoughtful styling guidance, décor ideas, colour direction, and hands-on assistance. Whether you need help sourcing items, refining a theme, or creating a beautiful atmosphere, we handle the details with care and intention.

You choose the level of involvement - whether we design together or you prefer to leave the creative work in my hands, we're here to make your event feel effortless, polished, and truly special. 


Not at all. Come as you are - We're here to help, not judge. Seeing your space in its natural state helps me understand your routines, challenges, and the best systems to put in place.


For most decluttering and sorting sessions, we prefer you to be present to make decisions comfortably. Once we’ve created a system, we can organize and reset the space on my own if you prefer.


We follow a simple "keep, donate, discard" method. Items you release are placed into donation, recycling, selling, or disposal categories. We can assist with donation drop-offs and guide you if you prefer to sell or repurpose certain items. 


It’s completely normal to feel embarrassed, but please know there is absolutely no need to. Clutter builds up for so many reasons, and it happens to people in every stage of life. We're here to help, not to judge. Our role is to support you with kindness, compassion, and understanding, and practical guidance -  never criticism. Your space is treated with total respect, and together we’ll take things one step at a time to create a home that feels comfortable, uplifting, and manageable again.


You’re not alone - and that’s exactly where we come in. Big projects, sentimental items, and years of belongings can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to help. Yes, Reset Living offers virtual home organization services for clients who prefer to work with us remotely. Contact us to learn more about this service.


We approach every client and every home with kindness, respect, and compassion. While we do work with cluttered or overwhelmed spaces, we do not take on severe or clinical hoarding cases, as those situations deserve the care of specialists who are trained specifically in that field. If that’s what you need, we're more than happy to gently guide you toward trusted professionals who can support you safely and respectfully.


We work with a wide range of clients, including seniors, busy families, individuals navigating life changes, and those feeling overwhelmed by their space. we offer supportive, compassionate guidance with organizing, sorting, downsizing, and creating systems that fit your lifestyle. However, more complex situations - such as chronic disorganization, clinical ADHD-related challenges, or deep long-term clutter - may require support from a licensed professional who specializes in those areas. If needed, we can gently guide you toward trusted resources or professionals who are better suited to help. Our priority is ensuring you feel supported, respected, and connected to the right kind of help.


We take care of all light-to-moderate lifting during our sessions. For larger items or anything requiring extra support, we partner with trusted third-party professionals who handle heavy lifting, furniture moving, hauling, and disposal. The individuals and companies we work with are fully registered, bondable, and insured - this is what they do professionally. If your project needs their assistance, we can arrange everything on your behalf so the process is smooth and safe. Their services are billed separately, and we always discuss costs and options with you ahead of time so there are no surprises.


Yes! Every session includes a formal invoice, and you will always receive a receipt for your records. We accept several payment methods (e-transfer, cash, or PayPal).

If your project requires materials such as bins, baskets, labels, or organizing products, those items are billed separately. We can purchase them for you as part of the service to save you time, and we provide the store receipts so you know exactly what was bought. You’re only charged for the materials you keep, and we never mark up product costs.
